G MOTION DETECTOR optional G Motion detector contains a high frequency Doppler Effect module. This module transives the electromagnetic waves at he 5.8Ghz frequency. As the object move the waves reflect back to the module, where detecting happens. A benefit of the radar sensor is that doesn´t use heat differences to detect movement, like the PIR technology, meaning that the sensor can detect any moving object. The sensor is hidden inside the plastic in a side cover.
